The main tenant (the one who has booked and is on the contract) normally has to be present at the pick-up to sign the agreement and show identification. If not, the tenant must send us identification and indicate who will be the driver.
The handout itself normally goes quickly, about 5-10 minutes, if all the paperwork is ready and pre-booking on your payment card is arranged. We'll send this to you the day before rent.
